Meet the Manager

Emma McFarlane - Nursery Manager Victoria Street.

Hello! My name is Emma and I am the Manager at Victoria Steet. I have always had a passion for working in childcare from a young age. I have over 17 years of experience, 15 of which have been with Summers Nurseries where I worked my way up from an apprentice to Manager.

I have completed my BA in Childhood Practice at Aberdeen University which has given me a greater insight into child development.
The thing I love most about childcare is watching little personalities develop and consistently being amazed at just how incredible each and every child is as they develop. I take great pleasure in getting to know each of the families who attend the setting, ensuring I provide a warm and welcoming environment.
